Static Dissipative Cleanroom Cushion Mat STMA-SDBCMA The ESD Cleanroom Cushion Mat is specifically designed to maintain an ESD safe working area, providing a comfortable surface at the same time. The cushioning effect protects ESD sensitive components and tools when acidentally dropped. It is also ideal as a shelve liner where physical protection against hard knocks is required. Each roll comes with beveled edges Material: Vinyl Foam Specification: Surface Resistivity: 108 to 1010ohm/sq Decay Test: 5KV - 0V less than 0.01 second Tensile Strength: 125lb/in.sq (ASTM D-638-90) Elongation @ 100%: 130% (ASTM D-638-90) Tear Strength: 125lb/sq.in (ASTM D-1004-90) Hardness: 45+/-5 (Durometer Hardness, ASTM D-2240-86) Operating Temperature: 30F - 110F Density: 21 lb/ft3 Color: Blue Size: 52in x 60ft x 6mm; 2ft x 40ft x 6mm (Other customized sizes available upon request)
